Our Leadership

The key players on JKG Group’s management team bring keen insight, sound judgment, practical know-how and tons of experience to the table.

Bruce Gittlin - CEO/CFO

A seasoned entrepreneur with a successful career spanning four decades in management, marketing, distribution and sales, Bruce is also president of Gittlin Companies − JKG Group’s parent company. He has played an active role with JKG since the Gittlin Companies purchased a majority share in 1994 and has made significant contributions to JKG’s growth through his management insight and financial acumen.

Steve Wilson - President

Drawing on over 20 years as a senior executive in sales and business development and long history in the graphic arts industry, Steve is committed to ensuring that JKG’s culture is totally customer-focused. As Chief Operating Officer, he plays leadership roles in sales, operations and quality assurance. Strongly committed to the community, he was co-founder and executive director of the National Executive Service Corps, which places retired corporate executives as consultants to non-profit organizations.

Rick Griswold - COO

Rick has more than 25 years of experience in printing and mailing on both the supplier and the customer sides of the house. His process improvement, lean manufacturing and just-in-time expertise make Rick uniquely qualified to ensure that JKG’s mailing services continue to push the envelope.

Roni Hadar - Comptroller

Roni brought a diversified portfolio of professional experiences and achievements in the finance world to JKG Group when he joined the company in 2012. A CPA with a hands-on, collaborative style, he has worked in both public and private accounting environments.  Roni is approachable and accessible with an innate ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Bob Gittlin - Managing Director

Bob joined JKG in 1994 when the firm was acquired by the Gittlin Companies. He has played a key role in guiding its expansion into a multidimensional provider of marketing communications solutions to national and international clients. He is excited about showing existing customers and prospective clients how JKG can help them accelerate their brand, defend their image, maximize their profits and simplify their lives. Passionate about participating in non-profit and philanthropic endeavors, he serves on the board of directors of the Golden Bell Education Foundation and has been recognized for his service to others by many charitable organizations.

Tammy Hinkle - Director of National Sales

Tammy comes to JKG Group as an experienced sales executive with a proven track record of selling marketing and advertising based programs into multiple market verticals.

She is dedicated to giving clients a service experience that goes beyond print and paper, beyond solutions and support, but an experience that also adds unique value and return on investment to her clients.

She has dedicated her career to building long lasting relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and helping them reach their goals.

Robert A. Scott - Director of Print Operations

Robert brings more than 30 years of experience in operations and operations management within the printing industry to JKG. A graduate of the New York School of Printing, he continued his training in the intricacies of printing techniques and technology as well as the application of lean manufacturing, continuous process improvement, and total quality control in print operations.

Josh Aragon - Director of Logistics

In 12+ years with JKG, Josh has risen through the ranks to become the Director of Logistics overseeing the company’s comprehensive kitting and fulfillment operations. He has guided the expansion of JKG’s logistics services to include hazardous materials handling as well as other special capabilities. Drawing on his training as a master gardener, Josh knows how meticulous planning and constant attention to detail lead to measurable results.

Paul Flowers - Director of Creative Services

Paul has been in the creative industry since 1986. His rare balance of creative ability and technical production knowledge enable JKG Group to create effective communications campaigns and award-winning materials efficiently and within budget. Paul possesses an invaluable understanding of the infrastructure and processes required to execute integrated marketing communications solutions. In addition to marcom collateral, Paul has 20 years’ experience in designing packaging and point-of-purchase displays.

Naomi Pauli - Team Leader: JKG Print Client Services

Since beginning her career in commercial printing in 1990, Naomi has worked in multiple aspects of the industry—including art, bindery, sales support, inventory and purchasing—and spent 15 years as an estimator. Her experience as a production coordinator and customer service representative has given her a strong foundation to lead JKG’s team of exceptional account managers.

Jennifer Benstein - Team Leader: MarCommand Client Services
During her 15 years with JKG Group, Jennifer has taken on increasingly more significant responsibilities as MarCommand evolved into the company’s signature cloud-based distributive marketing platform and daily shares her knowledge with her team while providing support and direction in her role as Team Leader.  She plays an essential role in bringing new clients into the fold, understanding their business rules and processes, and coaching them so they can use MarCommand to their greatest benefit.
