Analysis
A large, state-supported community college issued a request for proposals seeking a strategic partner to assist it in creating an on-demand, electronic student marketing brochure. The college's objective is to increase enrollment by enticing prospective students with a personalized brochure containing information that responds to their specific interests, based on their answers to questions submitted through the college website. The process is modeled after a technique used by a number of colleges and universities around the country.

Solution
JKG Group proposed a CIStem solution built on our proprietary, web-based technology. This customized, modular approach incorporates a web-based user interface for gathering prospect information and customized brochure templates based on the college's business rules and brand guidelines. Once a prospective student enters his or her information, a personalized PDF will be generated and an e-mail sent to notify the individual that the brochure can be viewed and downloaded. Subsequently, the brochure will be printed and mailed to the prospective student within two business days. All elements of the brochure will be stored in a digital marketing object library that will allow college personnel to update images and messaging on a regular basis.

Execution
The college has acknowledged that the thoroughness of our proposal and our level of understanding of its needs were key factors in awarding the contract to JKG Group. We are actively working with the college to implement the on-demand brochure solution. Initially, JKG is assisting college personnel in further defining the specifications for the solution. Once the college provides all the necessary data, JKG will begin programming. A 60-day implementation timeline is anticipated.
